(This talk was given in Spanish) In this session discover how we have designed Garaje de ideas' new organizational model. "As an employee of Garaje de ideas, I needed a new work model that would facilitate my daily tasks and keep me connected to as many people as possible.
"It all started six months ago when we began defining three success criteria: scalability, ensuring decentralization of responsibilities, and expanding growth opportunities for all team members.
Currently, Garaje de ideas is experiencing significant growth, and although we know there are many things to change, there are others we refuse to give up. With significant challenges... once again, the design process has helped us overcome them.
Tony is the Principal Designer @ Garaje de ideas and is someone who is always in constant pursuit of new opportunities. He is passionate about learning to learn (in essence and form), experimenting with ideas, and above all, making an impact. Whether it's from the perspective of a need or a solution, he is enthusiastic about defining the vision and product strategy and getting deeply involved in each of the projects he participates in.
