(This talk was given in Spanish) Transformation is one of those words that we never stop using in our organizations, and it is necessary to adapt to this ever-changing world. However, it is essential to understand why and how we do it.
Transformation from a design perspective involves engaging people in the process and empowering them to face the future. In a large organization, we reflect on the strategies that enhance transformation, the tools we use, and the capabilities we need to develop.
Discover from Lourenço Viana, Global Head of Research @ Mango, how the evolution has been from being a UX team to becoming a cross-functional research team, embracing a Customer-Centric approach, and creating an innovation community.
Lourenço has been working in digital products and services for over 10 years, as a producer, designer, and researcher, both in agencies and startups. In the Mango team, he started his journey as a UX Designer and later launched the Design Research Lab for digital and omnichannel projects.
Currently, as the Global Head of Research within the Customer Experience team, he is responsible for all consumer knowledge at Mango. He is also pursuing a Ph.D. in design to explore the relationship between design and organizational transformation.
