(This talk was given in Spanish) You've probably heard of Design Thinking, Human-Centered Design, or Service Design, but have you heard of Legal Design?
The legal sector is undergoing a significant transformation and is also beginning to embrace people-centered methodologies, breaking away from the paternalism that has characterized the legal field and opening up previously unthinkable possibilities.
Legal design seeks to democratize legal processes and access to justice by creating user-friendly contracts, involving people in legal experiences, designing more human-centric legal services, and facilitating the work of legal professionals.
Her experience as a lawyer and researcher has enabled her to bring the voice of people into the legal domain and design people-centered legal experiences by combining design and law.
