Izaskun is a lead service designer at Lloyds Banking Group, where she is currently working on embedding a service designer mindset across multiple teams to deliver more humanistic services to all. With over 18 years of experience, Izaskun has worked across multiple roles and disciplines ranging from product, design, and tech.
She has acquired deep experience having worked with large financial institutions and consultancies. She has now dedicated her focus in helping companies better solve complex problems by pioneering and democratising service design. Outside the office, she's a proud mom, outdoor enthusiast, and avid explorer with her family.
