Why is it important to design a vision and what are the high level steps to create one. Having a vision is showing to your team where the flag in the sand is, so that even if people join the project at different times, they still know where they need to go. In a world where speed to market is at the forefront, this talk proposes that direction is more important than speed.
Flavio is a Lead UX Designer at Sky, designing experiences for TV as part of the Global Product team. The TV interface that the team designed is called Entertainment OS and is currently being used by millions of customers in the UK and United States. Previous to Sky, Flavio worked at Vodafone where he helped research and design for the launch of 5G. With a curious open mindset I love to read and act as an amplifier of ideas.
